The Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs is a state autonomous cultural institution in the Krasnoyarsk region, founded in 1992. It was originally established as a directorate of the International Music Festival of the Asia-Pacific region
The number of people who are interested in culture and various kinds of arts has increased due to our team's work. We spread cultural products in the Krasnoyarsk region and its residents have an opportunity to view and enjoy masterpieces from classical to avant-garde
We develop and update current projects and create new ones. Every day we work on preparation and organization different types of events such as international festivals, open-air concerts, decorative and applied arts fairs, art exhibitions, and celebrations of public holidays. With the support of our Center, Krasnoyarsk cultural professionals and artists participate
in festivals, exhibitions and concerts abroad, and young talented people take part in international competitions, seminars, symposiums, and masterclasses
We love art and culture, our region and its people. This love is a driving force for our daily routine. We incorporate our passion into everything we do. The best feedback to our work
is to see smiles of the audience and feel its joy. Together we make up the most wonderful
and memorable events that immerse us wholly into the festive world
