Main activities:

• organization of international, interregional cultural events on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk region;
• participation in the implementation of international projects and events of the Ministry of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk region, as well as international and foreign organizations on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk region;
• organization of participation of creative ensembles (performers) in international, interregional and regional competitions and festivals;
• organization of reception of foreign creative ensembles and performers in the Krasnoyarsk region within the framework of international cultural exchange;
• organization of tours of foreign ensembles and performers on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk region within the framework of agreements on international cultural cooperation;
• organization of tours of bands and performers from other regions on the territory of the Krasnoyarsk region within the framework of agreements on cultural cooperation, as well as performers of the Krasnoyarsk region in other regions, outside the Russian Federation;
• preparation of analytical materials on international cultural cooperation of the Ministry of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk region and subordinate regional state cultural institutions and professional educational institutions in the field of culture;
• organization and (or) holding of regional cultural events including contests, workshops, festivals, fairs, as well as exhibitions, concerts, tickets sales for these events;
• provision of equipment and other necessary technical services for organizing and holding cultural events, including the fulfilment of technical, household, and other requirements (riders) of teams and performers - participants of international, interregional and regional cultural projects implemented in the Krasnoyarsk region.
• The Center has the right to carry out the following activities in order to achieve the key objectives of the organization, as well as perform work and provide services, including those generating income:
• provide legal entities and individuals with translation services from Russian into foreign languages, from foreign languages into foreign languages, from foreign languages into Russian;
• provide services to legal entities and individuals for the preparation and execution of travel documents;
• provide services to foreign legal entities and individuals for the registration of entry documents into the Russian Federation;
• provide services for organizing and (or) conducting presentations, public events, major celebrations, competitions, shows, festivals, olympiads, seminars, exhibitions, fairs, children's parties, anniversaries of creative ensembles, performers and cultural figures, concert programs, etc. cultural and leisure activities, social or charitable events;
• lease out the property of the Institution in accordance with the established procedure;
• to manufacture, sell souvenir and printed, audiovisual (film, video, background, photographic products and their combinations, created and reproduced on any kind of media) products;
• to exercise property rights to the results of intellectual activity obtained in the process of the implementation of its activities by the Institution;
• transfer the rights to use registered trademarks, where the Institution is the copyright holder;
• sublease the leased real estate, provided that such a right is provided for by the terms of the lease agreement;
• hand over the waste decommissioned property for paid disposal in accordance with the established procedure.

There is a premise in the temporary use of the Center for International and Regional Cultural Affairs on the first floor of a small compartment of the Museum Centre Ploshchad Mira located at the address Krasnoyarsk, 7а Mira avenue (6th floor), which is the office of the Centre.

Office equipment and furniture are available at the working area; workplaces are equipped with personal computers. The organization has such exhibition and fair equipment for cultural events, street fairs, and exhibitions as tables with awnings, chairs, benches, stands, tents and other constructions.

The Centre has two cars: Toyota Camry 2014 and Volkswagen Caravelle 2020.
